We’ll guide you through the specific allowances, ensuring your extension falls within the permitted dimensions—up to 4m out (for detached properties), 3m out (for semi-detached), and no more than 1.5 times the width of your house.
Side extensions can extend the length of your property, provided they don’t exceed half of its width, though this may vary depending on local council regulations.
