Ryan's first visit to give us a quote set the tone for the whole process - he quickly grasped what we wanted, made suggestions about what we could have and made us feel reassured that the project would be in good hands.
During the works, he offered ideas about what we could do, all of which improved the final outcome, the main one being a vaulted roof which is letting lots of light into our bungalow. Communication was excellent - we were kept informed on a day-to-day basis about what was going to happen and when, and Ryan was always available if we had any questions or concerns.
The whole team was hard-working, polite and helpful and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of work was of a very high standard, including the trades brought in such as the plasterers and window fitters. We also had a new kitchen installed and a new patio built.
The whole process was smooth and organised, due in no small part to Ryan's excellent project management skills.

Very happy with the service provided by Ryan Oliver Construction.

Very pleasant to deal with, good communication, very tidy and top notch workmanship.

They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but I would definitely say they were good value for money.

I would recommend and use again.

Ryan and Oliver and their team provide an exceptional service and we cannot praise them enough. All the staff are tidy and very polite. Disruption was kept to a minimum. They did exactly what we needed as the extension was for my husband who has Parkinson's disease and we wanted ramp access and walk in shower etc as he is a wheelchair user. Always kept me informed about timing and who was coming when and what was being done next. Quality of work is of a very high standard. We are extremely happy with the finished result and would use them again and recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble. The garden was designed by them and the finished product looks amazing. Looking forward to the Summer so that we use our beautiful garden. Thanks to Ryan, Oliver, and all their staff and Suppliers. Amazing job done. 5 star service

We had a loft conversion done by Ollie & Ryan and their team. Through the whole process from quote to completion everyone was helpful and considerate to our particular needs. The Building Inspector and our decorator both commented on the high standard of the interior. We're so pleased with the result, we have them coming back to do more work later in the year.
The only down side - more and more people are hearing about them and wanting them. Lead times for work are getting longer, but they are worth the wait!

It was a pleasure to work with Ryan Oliver on our little project which included a glass topped well. They clearly put a lot of thought into turning our initial idea into a fantastic reality. The communication was excellent throughout the project duration and regular discussion on ideas and how to implement them. The team always without fail cleared up at the end of the day leaving the site as clean and tidy as it could be. Workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. Highly recommended.

Ryan Oliver completed a kitchen extension for us this summer and we couldn’t fault them at all. We would highly recommend them. Ryan and Ollie were really communicative leading up to and throughout the entire process. They were amenable to our requirements and also gave us great ideas and suggestions. The site was always left clean and tidy with neighbours even complementing on how neat the site was.

They made the whole process as easy as possible, liaising with all of the different trades men, therefore much less stressful than I was expecting such a build to be. Ollie kept in touch with us after the work had been done to ensure we completely satisfied and even the most minor snags were dealt with. They even quoted quite reasonably and it was well worth it. Thank you!

Ryan Oliver Construction Ltd came recommended to us from a friend who is quite particular regarding high standards of workmanship and build quality, as he’s in the constitution industry also.
Their quote for the work on our house was very reasonable in comparison to others. Not the cheapest, but we are more than happy with the finish.
Well mannered guys, always turned up on time and got on with it.
