Each of our timber-framed garden rooms is meticulously built bespoke from scratch, starting from the foundations and extending upward. As a standard, all our rooms are fully insulated and come with a ten-year guarantee on all structural elements, ensuring durability and peace of mind.

Our garden rooms are typically considered permitted development, eliminating the need for a planning permission application, provided the following conditions are met:

The garden room must be single storey, with a maximum eaves height of 2.5 meters and an overall height of 4 meters with a dual pitched roof, or 3 meters in any other case.
If the garden room is within 2 meters of the property boundary, the entire building must be under 2.5 meters in height.
You can utilise up to 50% of the area of your garden for the construction.
Your garden’s area includes all land except the part your house stands on, encompassing the front, side, and back garden, excluding other buildings, fuel tanks, etc.
No buildings are to be placed in front of the front elevation of the house.
In conservation areas, you cannot build at the front or side, but a garden room can be placed in the back garden.
For listed buildings, full planning permission is required.

In Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the maximum size is 10 square meters, and it must be at least 20 meters away from the house.
The new building must not function as separate, self-contained living accommodation and should not have a microwave antenna unless planning permission is obtained.
